Product Introduction
Cylinder variable angle circumferential seam automatic welding machine is an efficient automatic equipment specially used for circumferential seam welding of cylindrical workpieces (such as hydraulic cylinders, pipelines, etc.), especially suitable for variable angle circumferential seam welding scenarios where the welding angle needs to be dynamically adjusted.
Main Features
1.Welding torch is fixed while workpiece is rotating, welding position is horizontal and slant.
2Adopt welded machine body, welding torch and pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted longitudinally, it can be locked after adjustment.
3.Workpiece is positioned by chuck, and pressed by pneumatic thimble. Rotating synchronously. Loading and unloading bracket are mounted under the workpiece.
4.Japan OMRON PLC controls the whole machine operation. Workpiece rotation speed is adjusted by AC frequency inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.
5.The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. It is convenient to modify parameters and switch the status through the man-machine interface touch screen. Welding length, arc igniting & ending time, welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, oscillating frequency, oscillating scope, oscillating time, torch auto lifting time, lifting distance, lifting number can be all input through the interface.
6.Welding current and welding voltage are controlled by D/A (digital analog). They can be preset and recalled in layer. To realize multi layer continuous welding when the arc does not stop.
7.Welding torch oscillating mechanism and lifting mechanism are used to weld wide and multi-layer welding seams of hydraulic cylinder.
8.Load and unload workpiece horizontally, workpiece will be turned over to a titling position and than be welded.

Working Process
Loading workpiece manually → clamp workpiece → pneumatically press workpiece → pneumatically feed the welding torch to the welding position → supply CO2 gas→ arc igniting → start welding → reach the given welding length, welding torch oscillates and welds multi-layer, until finish welding → arc ending → stop CO2 gas → welding torch return to origin → release workpiece → unloading workpiece manual

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.
Transportation ways : To central Asia, we use railway transport. To other countries, we choose sea transport. But all the products loaded on the containers.

Answer: Please tell us below information ,then we can design for your workpiece:

Answer :All core components are famous china brand or international brand ,such as :Welding power source ,we usually use OTC and Panasonic brand.if you need Lincoln welding power source or Miller Lincoln welding power source is ok ,we also can use it on our welding machine .
For PLC : We usually use Omron and Siemens PLC, Customers can specify the brand
For robot :We usually use OTC ,YASUKAWA ,ABB or kuka ,or Customers can specify the brand.

X. Package
1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
