I Application             

1. Weld longitudinal seam on cylinder/tank. Welding process will be continual and steady. 
2. MIG welding with wire feeder. 
3. Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.

II Main struction 

1. MIG/MAG/TIG welding torch is pneumatically moved in up-down direction. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn.. 

2. Drive device includes motor, straight rack & pinion and linear guide way.

3. Japan OMRON CP-1H 40CDT PLC machine as the control system,control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure, and easy to maintain. Touch screen as the input and output interface.Welding length, arc striking & ending time, welding current and welding speed can be input through the interface. Welding mode and welding specification can be preset,saved and recalled. With the help of touch man-machine interface,it is convenient to change parameters and status.
4. We are using copper clamping bar and copper back bar in your machine. They can be for steel, stainless steel and Al. Copper bar is used to conduct both heat and electricity. Firmly clamp work-piece. It is also used to protect steel surface. Surface of the cylinder/tank will not have scratch and mechanical damage. 
5.Easy assembly and fixation. Tank is centrally positioned and clamped by round core axis and pneumatic pressure plate. Cylinder/tank is centrally positioned by pneumatic pin.
6. Equipped with pneumatic cylinders to fix product. Cylinders are used to control copper clamping bar. They will fix longer tank firmly. 

 

III Main Feature

1. TIG welding torch is fixed while workpiece is rotating, welding position is horizontal.
2. Adopt welded machine body, welding torch and pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted longitudinally, it can be locked after adjustment.
3. Workpiece is positioned by special fixture and pressed by pneumatic thimble. Rotating synchronously. Loading and unloading bracket are mounted under the workpiece.
4. Japan OMRON PLC controls the whole machine operation. Workpiece rotation speed is adjusted by inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.
5. Lincoln welding power source which has good performance of arc igniting, arc stabilizing and arc ending, to ensure that the welding seam is even and uniform.
6. The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface, it is convenient to modify the parameter and switch the status through the man-machine touch screen. Welding length, arc igniting &ending time, welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, oscillating frequency, oscillating scope, oscillating time, torch lifting time, lifting distance, lifting times can be all input through the interface.
7. Welding current and welding voltage are controlled by D/A (digital analog). They can be preset and recalled in layer. To realize multi layer continuous welding when the arc does not stop.
8. With good appearance and good quality, depth and width of fusion meet the requirement.
9. Machine has good operating performance and low failure rate.
10. Welding oscillating mechanism is used to weld wide and multi layer seams of pipe flange.

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.

VII.Package 
1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
