Product Introduction

1.Function: It is used for circumferential seam welding of shock absorber cylinder (mostly metal cylinder structure) to achieve high-precision and high-strength sealing welding to ensure the durability and safety of shock absorbers.
2.Welding process: TIG (tungsten inert gas welding), MIG/MAG (MIG/MAG welding or plasma welding) is usually used, and laser welding may be used in some scenarios.
3.Degree of automation: fully automatic operation, equipped with PLC or CNC control system, support digital adjustment of parameters.


Core components

1.Welding power supply: provide stable welding current, suitable for different materials (such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy).
2.Rotary tooling: clamp the workpiece and rotate it at a constant speed to ensure that the weld is uniform (the speed is adjustable).
3.Welding gun mechanism: high-precision servo control, automatic tracking of weld position, some equipment is equipped with swing function.

Typical workflow

1.Loading: The workpiece is fixed to the rotating fixture by hand or by manipulator.
2.Centering: Automatically detects and adjusts the position of the welding torch and the weld seam.
3.Welding: Start the preset program to complete the 360° circumferential seam welding.
4.Blanking: After the welding is completed, it will automatically stop and take out the workpiece.
