I Application             
1.This machine use high sepped cladding technology to meet the coating manufacturing and rapid repair application requirements of various shaft parts with high efficiency, low cost, and green It is environmentally friendly and can prepare a strengthened layer with extremely low dilution rate and much higher bonding strength than electroplating. It is mainly used in coal mining, machinery manufacturing, printing industry, food industry and other fields.
2. high-speed laser cladding changes the interaction process between the laser and the powder to melt or semi-melt the powder on the molten pool, and at the same time melt the matrix and rapidly solidify with the matrix to form a metallurgically combined surface coating.

4.During the cladding,the shaft is rotate ,and the laser head is drive by motor to weld one circle and one circle until weld all the surface as setting on Touch screen.Workpiece rotation speed is adjusted by servo motor , stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.
7.the moving cross mechanism with head can move on Liner guide rail drive by servo motor ,can claddiung any position and any length on machine bed and vertical turning device  
8.The servo bus control system is adopted, and the worktable is made of high-strength and high-quality cast iron materials to ensure the stability and accuracy of the machine tool.
9.The high-speed rotating headstock adopts stepless speed change design, which is simple and quick to operate. It has a follow-up powder receiving tray design, which is convenient for quick powder collection.

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.
Transportation ways : To central Asia, we use railway transport. To other countries, we choose sea transport. But all the products loaded on the containers.
5 .Afer sale service system
5.1 After our customer having received goods, if there are problems caused by the transportation of materials, we would let the customer take photos before unloading, give feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.
5.2. After customers received the goods, if there some quality problems ,production problems. If it is confirmed that there are indeed quality problems.Our QA and QC managers and relevant responsible department will give the reasonable compensation content based on the business contract .

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
