I Application             

1. Weld circular seam on pipe/tube/cylinder/tank and so on. Welding process will be continual and steady.

II Main struction 
1.Welding torch is pneumatically moved in up-down direction. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn.. 
2. the welding torch position and the tail stock position can adjust as the pipe length to weld different size pipe and flange.
3. Japan OMRON PLC machine as the control system,control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure, and easy to maintain. Touch screen as the input and output interface.Welding length, arc striking & ending time, welding current and welding speed can be input through the interface. Welding mode and welding specification can be preset,saved and recalled. With the help of touch man-machine interface,it is convenient to change parameters and status.

Welding length, arc igniting &ending time, welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, oscillating frequency, oscillating scope, oscillating time, torch lifting time, lifting distance, lifting times can be all input through the interface.
5.Welding current and welding voltage are controlled by D/A (digital analog). They can be preset and recalled in layer. To realize multi layer continuous welding when the arc does not stop.
6.can add the automatic oscillating and lifting mechanism  to weld wide and multi layer seams of pipe flange.

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.

5 .Afer sale service system
