2.Welding torch tilts to a certain angle, can be adjusted up-down, side to side and angled turn. Workpiece is fixed while the welding torch is rotating
3.Fixture is used to form workpiece center, to obtain welding seam position, which does not deviate while placing nozzle to cylinder. 4.Do not need spot welding in advance.
5.Machine has high voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which ensures reliable arc igniting. It also has low welding voltage and low current for filling crater.
6.It adopts shot-distance wire feeding mode
7.Using Japan Panasonic PLC to control the whole operation. CNC system is used to control rotation of machine head. Servo motor is driven by AC servo driver.
8.The rotatory head is moved up and down by servo motor, rotary head falls while machine is welding, and lifts while loading and unloading

IV Welding Process
manually loading →automatically move workpiece to welding station → welding torch falls, thimble presses workpiece tightly→ shielding gas supply→ high voltage, slow wire feed for arc igniting →torch rotation and welding → weld the set length →torch stops→ small current, low voltage for arc ending →stop supplying shielding gas→ welding torch returns to origin→ automatically move workpiece to unloading place → manual unloading.

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.
Transportation ways : To central Asia, we use railway transport. To other countries, we choose sea transport. But all the products loaded on the containers.
5 .Afer sale service system
5.1 After our customer having received goods, if there are problems caused by the transportation of materials, we would let the customer take photos before unloading, give feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.
5.2. After customers received the goods, if there some quality problems ,production problems. If it is confirmed that there are indeed quality problems.Our QA and QC managers and relevant responsible department will give the reasonable compensation content based on the business contract .
