I Application
1. Automatically Laser weld the circular seam between the tank and tank end caps
2. the machine use Japan OMRON PLC to control the laser welding torch and tank rotating and achieve the welding process, improve reliability.controls the whole machine operation. stable control and stable programming interface.
3.The welding carriage can manual move on the beam to meet different size tank ,and adjust at the suitable welding position ,the Welding process,welding length,arc start tiem are controlled by PLC. And welding parameters can be preset and recalled when welding.
4.All the welding parameters can preset on MCGS torch screen and recalled when need use to weld
.Welding process will be continual and steady. Welding seam appearance is good and smooth, the depth of fusion and width of fusion meet the welding requirement.Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.
5.Before welding ,adjust the welding carriage position and the inclination angle of laser welding torch and fix well.During the welding,the tank is rotate ,and the welding torch is fixed.tank rotation speed is adjusted by servo motor , stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.
6.Laser welding torch can do fine adjust Three-dimensional direction to reach the best welding postion for suitable different size tank. it can be locked after adjustment.Machine has good operating performance and low failure rate.

III Main struction
1.welding torch is pneumatically moved in up-down direction. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn..
2. Drive device includes motor, straight rack & pinion and linear guide way.
3. Japan OMRON PLC machine as the control system,control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure, and easy to maintain. Touch screen as the input and output interface.Welding length, arc striking & ending time, welding current and welding speed can be input through the interface. Welding mode and welding specification can be preset,saved and recalled. With the help of touch man-machine interface,it is convenient to change parameters and status.
4. We are using copper clamping bar and copper back bar in your machine. They can be for steel, stainless steel and Al. Copper bar is used to conduct both heat and electricity. Firmly clamp work-piece. It is also used to protect steel surface. Surface of the cylinder/tank will not have scratch and mechanical damage.
5.Easy assembly and fixation. Tank is centrally positioned and clamped by round core axis and pneumatic pressure plate. Cylinder/tank is centrally positioned by pneumatic pin.
6. Equipped with pneumatic cylinders to fix product. Cylinders are used to control copper clamping bar. They will fix longer tank firmly.
7.For TIG welding method ,There is a water-cooling system and self-shielding welding system in the copper lining bar and the clamps.

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.
Transportation ways : To central Asia, we use railway transport. To other countries, we choose sea transport. But all the products loaded on the containers.
5 .Afer sale service system
5.1 After our customer having received goods, if there are problems caused by the transportation of materials, we would let the customer take photos before unloading, give feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.
5.2. After customers received the goods, if there some quality problems ,production problems. If it is confirmed that there are indeed quality problems.Our QA and QC managers and relevant responsible department will give the reasonable compensation content based on the business contract .

VII Package
1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
