Hydraulic Cylinder Bottom Circular Welding Machine Feature
Specification requirements are as follows
1). welding single-side flange or cylinder bottom
2). Length is 0.3-2 meter,
3). Diameter 80-300mm,
4). Weld seam requires level 1 flaw detection.
Mainly used in welding hydraulic cylinder circular seam automatically. To guarantee the welding specification is even and uniform, welding seam has good and uniform appearance. It is convenient and reliable to use and the welding quality meets to the requirement. Using Moths no.5 thimble, double brackets.
1. Welding torch is fixed while workpiece is rotating, welding position is horizontal.
2. Adopt welded machine body, welding torch and pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted longitudinally, it can be locked after adjustment.
3. Workpiece is positioned by special fixture and pressed by pneumatic thimble. Rotating synchronously. Loading and unloading bracket are mounted under the workpiece.
4. PLC controls the whole machine operation. Workpiece rotation speed is adjusted by inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.
5. The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface, it is convenient to modify the parameter and switch the status through the man-machine touch screen. Welding length, arc igniting &ending time, welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, oscillating frequency, oscillating scope, oscillating time, torch lifting time, lifting distance, lifting times can be all input through the interface.
6. Welding current and welding voltage are controlled by D/A (digital analog). They can be preset and recalled in layer. To realize multi layer continuous welding when the arc does not stop.
7. With good appearance and good quality, depth and width of fusion meet the requirement.
8. Machine has good operating performance and low failure rate.
9. Welding oscillating and lifting mechanism is used to weld wide and multi-layer seams of hydraulic cylinder.

Hydraulic Cylinder Bottom Circular Welding Machine Service
Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.
The Seller shall bear responsibility for the entire machineries normally working during 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During warranty period, if are damages and disorders of equipment due to machine quality, The Seller shall be responsible for replacement of the defective parts with new parts. The warranty shall also include performance functions as defined in the offer. In the case that there is any defect The Buyer shall inform The Seller in writing and photos of the broken parts. The Seller will assist and deal with such damages within 15 days from receipt of The Buyer's above information.
The Seller doesn't guarantee the spare parts which are easily worn out / damaged. The Seller deems it his responsibility to furnish The Buyer these spare parts at prices reasonable or agreed.
The Seller doesn't guarantee equipment in case faults caused by operators' improper operation or electric source's breakdown.
Service condition:
1) When Sellers send engineer to Buyer's place for Installation, Commissioning and training for the machine in this contract in Buyer's place, Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees like, all tickets, accommodation for Seller's engineers.
2) Seller shall, within one week of receiving the above information, provide the required and qualified personnel to undertake supervision of installation, commissioning and training.
3) If the Buyer needs the service after sales from Seller, then Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees, like Round Tickets, Accommodation, Internal and international transportation, Labour cost of engineers etc.
4) When the Seller's engineer carries out the services in Buyer's place, Buyer shall arrange a Translator that can speak Chinese for Seller's engineer.
5) Labour cost for engineers: 100.00 USD per person, per day.
