I Application
1.Automatically Laser weld the longitudinal seam of carbon steel and stainless steel cylinder as customers' drawing.
2.We add the automatic wire filling system,you can add wire filling or not during the welding.The short-distance push-wire mechanism is to ensure the wire feeding stability.Machine can work continuously for 24-hour.The welded cylinder has a good appearance. Ensure that the welding specifications are even and flat, and the operation is simple and reliable. The quality can meet the welding requirements.
3. the machine use Japan OMRON PLC to control the laser welding carriage and cylinder rotating and achieve the welding process, improve reliability.controls the whole machine operation. stable control and stable programming interface.
4.the machine is equipped with monitoring camera and display screen to see the welding status in real time, which is convenient to adjust the welding parameters
5.Equipped with cooling system and self-shielding welding system to speed up the heat dissipation of the cylinder and prevent the oxidation of the cylinder during welding
6.The welding type and welding specification can be preset, stored and recalled via the MCGS touch screen. It is convenient to change parameters and state conversion on the touch screen
7.Welding torch can do manual fine adjust at up/down,forward/backward,left/right direction to reach the best welding position it can be locked after adjustment.Machine has good operating performance and low failure rate.
8.Before welding ,adjust the welding torch position.During the welding, the cylinder is fixed ,and the laser welding torch is drive by motor to move left and right on the guide rail ,the speed is adjustable to ensure consistent welding. After welding,the welding torch return the original point automatically.

III Main struction
1.welding torch is pneumatically moved in up-down direction. Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn..
2. Drive device includes motor, straight rack & pinion and linear guide way.
3. Japan OMRON PLC machine as the control system,control the implementation of the welding program. Stable system, simple structure, and easy to maintain. Touch screen as the input and output interface.Welding length, arc striking & ending time, welding current and welding speed can be input through the interface. Welding mode and welding specification can be preset,saved and recalled. With the help of touch man-machine interface,it is convenient to change parameters and status.
4. We are using copper clamping bar and copper back bar in your machine. They can be for steel, stainless steel and Al. Copper bar is used to conduct both heat and electricity. Firmly clamp work-piece. It is also used to protect steel surface. Surface of the cylinder/tank will not have scratch and mechanical damage.
5.Easy assembly and fixation. Tank is centrally positioned and clamped by round core axis and pneumatic pressure plate. Cylinder/tank is centrally positioned by pneumatic pin.
6. Equipped with pneumatic cylinders to fix product. Cylinders are used to control copper clamping bar. They will fix longer tank firmly.
7.For TIG welding method ,There is a water-cooling system and self-shielding welding system in the copper lining bar and the clamps.
IV Sales Term
- Payment term: 30% T/T advance along with the purchase order, balance should be cleared before delivery

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:
4.1 According to the customer's shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.
Transportation ways : To central Asia, we use railway transport. To other countries, we choose sea transport. But all the products loaded on the containers.
5 .Afer sale service system
5.1 After our customer having received goods, if there are problems caused by the transportation of materials, we would let the customer take photos before unloading, give feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.

VII Package
1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.
