I :Condition of welding workpiece:

1. Cylinder Workpiece: As customers drawing.
2. The welded part of the workpiece should not have burrs, rust, oil stains and other defects that affect the welding quality.
3. Workpiece state before welding: no spot welding, paired on the equipment  

II.Welding method:

1. Welding process: CO2 gas shielded welding process is adopted.
2. Adapt to welding wire specifications: φ1.2mm, φ1.6 mm. 20kg coiled welding wire or barreled welding wire
3. Welding method: Double-station double-external axis welding workstation structure is adopted, and the robot is installed normally.

III.Welding requirements
1. This welding robot is used for the automatic welding of the above-mentioned cylinder barrel and cylinder bottom circumferential seam. All actions realize mechanical automation, reduce manual operation, enhance efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
2. The welding is firm, the surface is uniform and beautiful, and defects such as burn through, pores, and cracks are not allowed. Welding method: gas shielded welding.

1.This robot welding system adopts a welding workstation structure, and the system can be started, stopped, paused, and urgent parts can be performed through the operation panel.
