I Main function and Features :
This equipment is mainly suitable for the narrow deep circumferential seam welding of hydraulic cylinder end with rod . In order to improve welding efficiency, this equipment is equipped with a special narrow gap welding system,
1.Welding method
according to the structure of the workpiece, from the perspective of ensuring welding quality and production efficiency, the MAG welding process is more scientific and economical. MAG welding not only has high welding efficiency, but also relatively low requirements for the assembly of workpiece.
2.The MAG welding can achieve a stable pulse-by-drop transition under any welding current conditions through the welding expert parameters set in the digital power supply, so as to obtain a uniformly formed and beautiful weld.
3.According to the wall thickness of the workpiece, multiple welding passes are required. This special machine can realize different welding layers according to process requirements
4.Automatic switching of different welding parameters, that is,adjust the welding current, swing width, welding torch lifting height for welding different layers ,all these can be programmed and controlled via PLC.
5. In order to ensure that the two side wall of the narrow gap groove are evenly heated and penetrated, the welding wire is pre-bent before being fed into the groove, and the welding wire swings left and right in the groove to ensure that the two side walls are completely penetrated, thereby ensuring the welding quality.
6.The welding power supply adopts digital pulse inverter power supply, which has the characteristics of stable welding process and wide range of adapting to the fluctuation of network voltage, which guarantees the quality of precision welding.
7. The welding controller adopts programmable PLC control system, which has the characteristics of stable control and stable programming interface.
8. The head stock and tailstock is used for clamping, which is convenient and quick for centering, good concentricity, and small deformation.
9.Operation process
9.1 Load the workpiece on the bracket by manual
9.2 Chuck Clamp one end of workpiece by manual
9.2 the Tailstock to push tight the workpiece automatically
9.3 the Electric cross carriage move to the welding position automatically
9.4 adjust the Welding torch and fine-tuning to reach the welded position
9.5 Start welding as program automatically (automatically raise the torch to the preset height after welding one layer to continue welding the second and third layers and rest layers)
9.6 Welding torch return to original point after finish welding
9.7 The tail stock return the original position automatically
9.7 Remove the workpiece and load the next workpiece by manual
